Good news!! The Calhoun High RESA/Academic team in a scrappy little fight for second place in the JV division of the fall tournament.  Nineteen high schools from our RESA region have entered students in this competition.  If our kids defeat Darlington today, we will still cling to a tie with Rome High.  The deciding match will very probably be the final match of the fall when we face Rome on Monday, December 11 here at CHS.  The Jackets also must travel to Adairsville on 11/27 and to Gordon Central on 12/4.

The top two schools from our five-team bracket will enter the regional finals in January.  While RESA offers a state finals competition, the JV division only includes a regional format.
