We are proud to announce Mrs. Kendra Arnold as our 2012-2013 Calhoun High School Teacher of the Year!  This will be her eighth year teaching science at Calhoun High School and her first year as AP coordinator.  Kendra is an outstanding teacher who delivers engaging lessons on a daily basis.  She graduated from the University of West Georgia in 1999 with a degree in education and has been teaching high school science for the past thirteen years. Her husband and she have been married for thirteen years as well. He is a teacher and coach in the Calhoun City Schools system. They have two children, both boys. Their eldest is a first grader and their youngest will be celebrating his first birthday this year.  Their family loves sports and  spend much of their time watching and cheering on the Calhoun Yellow Jackets!  Kendra is very passionate about education and loves teaching.  We appreciate the excitement that Mrs. Arnold brings to her classroom each and every day and look forward to a fantastic school year!
