Technology Department


The CCS Technology Department is tasked to provide and maintain a fast, reliable, and secure network for staff and students. We utilize the latest in Cisco switching and routing technology along with gigabit ethernet and fiber optics. Our Wi-Fi network now has the capacity to support a one-to-one model while utilizing the latest 802.11n and 802.11ac standards. For security we use industry leading Network Access Controls to prevent unauthorized access and a top-notch content filter to protect users online.

We also allow remote access through VMware Horizon View and Google Apps for Education. View permits access to the network through virtual desktops from almost any location or device. Google Apps gives users great tools for work with excellent collaborative features and unlimited storage.

    OneDrive Access

    2/23/2017 - 9:00AM: Microsoft is currently experiencing isolated issues with their SharePoint service. This may deny users access to their OneDrive. Microsoft is working on the issue and expect to have it resolved quickly. This issue is not affecting all users, but the Tech Department will update users via this site when the issue is resolved.
