CES enjoys tremendous support from an active group of parent volunteers called the PTO (Parent-Teacher-Organization). For information on getting involved with the PTO please check with your child’s teacher or the Parent Involvement Coordinator at the school. Each year the PTO helps coordinate fundraisers to support needs at the school. Teachers are given the opportunity to submit requests for the PTO officers’ consideration. The PTO uses their funds to grant the requests of teachers and support field trips taken by each grade level. The PTO also helps support the teacher appreciation events at the school.
