There is a $65 graduation fee which covers the cost of the diploma, cap and gown, decorations, and a portion of the reception. A partial fee of $30 is due by December 16th. The remainder of the payment will be due on or before March 31st. If you would like to begin making payments please see Mrs. Collins in the attendance office. We like to offer you this opportunity since the senior year tends to be expensive, especially in the spring, and we don’t want it to be a burden for anyone. However, we must cover the expenses incurred with graduation.

In addition to graduation requirements you may be concerned about helping your child prepare for after high school. If your child will be completing a college prep diploma and planning to attend a 4-year college next year, he/she is required to take the SAT or ACT. For registration dates and information you may visit their websites (for SAT: www.collegeboard.com and for ACT: www.actstudent.org.) or you may call the counselors’ office. College applications are available online at each college’s website. We also have college applications available in our office and will be glad to help any student complete this process. If your child is planning on attending a technical college after graduation we can help with those plans as well. If you have any other concerns or questions, please call us at 629-7400.
