The purpose of the Academic Booster club is to raise money to help AP students offset the cost of AP Exams. Furthermore, our hope is that we can eventually raise enough money regularly to aid students with other academic needs as well as provide scholarships to students. Not only will students help themselves by raising money for AP Exam fees, but other students involved, who may not be in an actual AP class at the time, will receive community service hours.
Requirements: To be a member of the Academic Booster Club, a student must be in honors and/or AP classes, as this club centers around raising money for fees, etc.
Meetings: The meetings are normally held in either Ms. Pruett's room or in Ms. Chadwick's room. If needed, we will meet in a larger location such as the auditorium. The meetings take place on an as needed basis.
