CALHOUN PRIMARY KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION FOR 2012-2013

Children who currently attend local, private Pre-K’s* or Tallatoona Headstart AND those not currently attending preschool will need to be taken to Calhoun Primary School for educational screening on Monday, May 7 from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm OR Tuesday, May 8 from 8:30 am to 2:00 pm .  Parents/guardians will register their children for Kindergarten while at the school, which is located at  102  Raymond King Drive.   Parents must provide the child’s birth certificate, Social Security Card, Immunization Form 3231, Proof of Residence, and (if applicable) Custody Papers.

Students who are currently attending Calhoun City School Pre-K program will receive Kindergarten Letters of Intent from Calhoun Primary School at Calhoun Pre-K on April 9.  Parents will return completed Letters of Intent to their child’s CPK teacher by April 20. In early May, registration packets will be sent to parents who wish for their students to attend Kindergarten at CPS, and those students will be screened at CPK by their teachers.
