I am very excited to welcome you to my classroom. It is my goal to provide all students with a safe, effective learning environment where they feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and opinions. Our classroom should be thought of as an intellectual community.
Social Studies:
This year will be an introduction to world studies. We will structure our learning using the four disciplines of Government/Civics, Geography, History, and Economics. Regions we will learn about include: Europe, Latin America, Canada, and Australia.
Science:
This year in Earth Science we will learn all about the world around us! We will discover many of the processes that have helped to create the world we observe each day. Our learning will be guided by the disciplines of Geology, Meteorology, Astronomy, and Oceanography. I look forward to another wonderful school year at CMS!
