This is an exciting year for me because it will be my 20th year teacher right here at Calhoun Middle School. I absolutely love my job! I truly feel I was called to this profession and feel honored to be a teacher. I love math at hope I can rub a little of my enthusiasm on to my students. I have two wonderful children: Grant, a 4th grader and CES and Molly, a 1st grader at CPS. I grew up in LaFayette, Georgia and have enjoyed my transition from a Rambler to a Yellowjacket. I coached cheerleading at CHS for 10 years and am proud to say that I coached some amazing young ladies who won the State Championship in 1996. Go Jackets!! I also coached middle school tennis back in the day. I am an active member of Trinity Baptist Church. I enjoy travelling, any activity with my kiddos, exercise when I can fit it in my schedule, cooking and being with my family and friends.
