CMS Varsity Boys Beat Adairsville

The CMS Varsity Jackets advance to the BGMSAA region finals with a 55-25 win over Adairsville on Thursday. Ethan Woodard led the Jackets with 16 points. Kaelan Riley followed with a double-double as he scored 12 points, pulled down 12 rebounds, dished out 7 assists and 4 steals. Ray Reeves scored 8 points and had 4 assists. Jack DeFoor scored 8 points, yanked down 5 rebounds and 3 blocked shots. Ryan Randall scored 6 points. Chapin Rierson scored 5 points, pulled down 7 rebounds, 3 assists and 2 steals.
Both boys teams will play in the BGMSAA region championship games on Saturday at Ashworth Middle School. The JV Jackets will take on Cartersville Middle School on Saturday at 11:15 and the Varsity Jackets will play Cass at 1:30.
