Meet the Counselor: Kathy Lumpkin

Hello,

My name is Kathy Lumpkin and I have come to know and love the CPS students, faculty, and staff during the past eleven years that I have served as School Counselor.  Before coming to Calhoun Primary I taught art for many years to students from Kindergarten through college level.  I live in Rome with my Husband and cat.  We have one daughter who is married and teaches 3rd grade in Paulding County.

I am available to assist students and parents to help children learn and develop to their highest potentials.  A few of the Guidance and Counseling Services offered at CPS are listed below.  If you have questions or wish to see me about your child, please call me at 706-602-6712.  The best times to reach me are  between 7:30 and 7:45 a.m. or after 2:00 p.m.

Let’s have a great school year!  GO-O-O-O-O Jackets!!!!

Kathy Lumpkin, L.P.C.
