Open House/Registration/Meet Your Teacher

This is the time where you will be able to complete the paperwork for next year and visit with your child's new teacher. It is VERY important that you make plans to attend. Please be prepared to have or show the following documents:

2 Forms of Proof of Residency:

1. Utility bill (water or electric within the last 3 months)
2. Any of the following...
• Current lease or rental agreement;
• Current paycheck stub;
• Current Medicaid/Food Stamp benefit statement;
• Current SSI benefit statement;
• Current residential property tax statement or bill;
• Current warranty or quick claim deed;
• Current home purchase agreement;
• Current homeowner's insurance policy; OR
• A notarized third-person affidavit of residency for the parent(s) or guardians(s) where the third party is the legal owner or lessor of the property and verifies the physical residency of the above named parent/guardian(s) to be at that location. (The Statement of Legal Residence for will be provided by the school.)
