The Rockin' Readettes visited Calhoun Primary School on Friday, September 12 to kick-off the PTO fundraiser, the "Rockin' Read-a-Thon." The little-known but rising-star group performed for the students with the assistance of the Calhoun High School cheerleaders and the Calhoun High School Drum Line.

PTO stars pictured are (L-R): Christi Bennett, Amy Scoggins, Amy Maffetone, Debbie King, Allyson Crump, Claire Norman, and Becky George. Students will be taking pledges for minutes read from September 15-October 10. The goal for each student is to read 300 minutes!
