One of the best ways to demonstrate our belief in this mission is to practice it ourselves. We are models for our students and can be an example of how we are guided by this mission by continuing to learn and apply new strategies based on research which will continue our own journey to excellence in education.
Students in Calhoun City Schools experience units and frameworks aligned to connecting themes and enduring understandings that transcend units and courses and are designed to promote inquiry. Ultimately, the enduring understandings are what students will take from a course that applies to life beyond school.
