Kristie Everett

Kristie Everett is a long-time resident of Gordon County serving as a high school math teacher for the past 14 years. Kristie supported her team by facilitating professional learning opportunities and collaboratively designing engaging math lessons that included higher order thinking skills and writing.

 

Ms. Everett graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Mathematics Education and a Masters in Adolescent Education with an emphasis in Mathematics, from Kennesaw State University. Kristie has both her Coaching Endorsement and her Gifted Endorsement.

 

Kristie is passionate about teaching math and helping all students realize that everyone has the potential of being successful in math. She’s dedicated to helping students grow a strong work ethic and to inspire them that with hard work, they can accomplish anything.

 

Kristie is married to Christopher Everett and they have two beautiful daughters, GraceLynn and Mia. Their family enjoys going to the beach or hanging out at the pool during the summer.
