Worker's Compensation

Employees of Calhoun City Schools shall be provided Workers' Compensation benefits according to Georgia Law.

• The Supervisor has the responsibility to follow the Workers' Compensation procedures for handling all claims

  Employees understand that when you are involved in an on-the-job injury Calhoun City Schools will pay medical costs for treatment by the physician(s) from the Panel of Physicians. If employees desire to obtain medical services from a physician not listed on the Panel, the employee will be liable for those medical expenses.

Workers MUST report all accidents immediately to their Supervisor.
