Returning Student Registration Information

March 15, 2023 - April 28, 2023

All students returning to Calhoun City Schools for the 2023-24 school year must register online via Parent Portal.

Your child’s information should automatically populate when you pull up online registration through Parent Portal. It is very important to verify all the information that is listed. Please verify the guardian information and emergency contact information. What you enter or approve of is the information that will be used to verify individuals that can pick up your child from school next year.

Proof of Residence is still required for all in-district registration and must be provided before the registration process can be finalized for your child.

If you do not live in the Calhoun City District and pay tuition or are a Calhoun City Schools employee, proof of residence is NOT required.

Acceptable proof of residence must be current and have parent/guardians' names and physical addresses listed.

Only the following documents will be accepted for proof of residence:

Mortgage statement or Lease/rental agreement with beginning and ending dates, name, address, and/or telephone number of the lessor; or
Current gas, electric, or water bill (within 30 days); or
Current government agency mail such as food stamps, Medicaid, or SSI statements (within 30 days).

Proof of Residence may be emailed to the email addresses listed above or uploaded electronically with your online application.

Please be advised that your child’s registration will NOT be considered “complete” if proof of residence is not provided.

*If your child will not be returning to Calhoun City Schools for the 2023-24 school year, please email this information to the contact person for which grade your child will be entering next year.
