Meet Mrs. Galyean
My name is India Galyean and I love teaching at music at my alma mater! As choral director for the whole campus, I'm excited to have an opportunity to work with my students throughout their middle and high school careers.
I have worked in the arts professionally for twenty years and I enjoy sharing my experience and love of performing in the classroom. After graduating from Harding University, my husband, Hugh, and I moved to New York City, where I worked as an actor and singer for ten years.
We now live on my family’s farm in Resaca with our three children, Ava, Adrian and Selah. I still continue to sing with several groups from Nashville to Atlanta and I hope to encourage a lifelong passion for the arts in my students.
