THIS ALLOWS A MINOR TO START A WORK PERMIT ONLINE. A USER SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER OR PARENT'S ALIEN CERTIFICATION NUMBER AND DATE OF BIRTH ARE REQUIRED.

• Once the employer completes their portion of the Youth Work Permit - the minor must contact the High School main office to have the work permit completed and issued by the school.
