From the Georgia Probe Tour to the Skilled Trades Fair, CHS students are exploring college and career opportunities and preparing for every path ahead.
Calhoun High School seniors and juniors are taking big steps toward their futures through recent college and career activities.
Seniors attended the Bartow County Probe Fair, part of the statewide Georgia Probe College Tour. This annual event gave students the chance to meet face-to-face with college representatives from across the country, ask questions, and learn more about admissions, programs, financial aid, and campus life.
Both seniors and juniors also participated in the 11th Congressional District of Georgia Skilled Trades Fair. Designed for high school students, the event introduced them to in-demand careers such as construction, electrical work, plumbing, and carpentry. Students gained hands-on experience while connecting with industry professionals, training programs, and technical colleges.
These opportunities are shaping the next steps for CHS students as they prepare for life after graduation. Preparing today, thriving tomorrow. #OurHeartOurFuture
