CHS Seniors Showcase Talent at Fine Arts Night #ExcellenceInTheArts 🎼🎨
Calhoun High School's Fine Arts department recently celebrated the achievements of students who are candidates for the Fine Arts Diploma Seal during the "Fine Arts Night." On Tuesday evening, March 26, seniors showcased their capstone projects to families, friends, and teachers.
The Fine Arts Diploma Seal program aims to motivate students to explore and develop their artistic talents while acknowledging their fine arts achievements. To qualify for this distinction, students must complete a series of art-related courses, maintain high academic standards in these courses, and exhibit artistic excellence through a final project or performance.
Earning the Fine Arts Diploma Seal adds a special mark of distinction on both the diploma and the official transcript of the students, signifying their fulfillment of the program's rigorous standards and their outstanding accomplishments in the fine arts. This recognition not only celebrates their dedication and talent but also serves as an advantageous feature in college admissions and job applications, highlighting their comprehensive education and artistic skills. #CCSHeroes
