Our program teaches swimmers of all levels, ages and abilities through a variety of class offerings and curriculum. We offer lessons from infants to adults and in group, semi-private, and private settings. Whether learning how to blow bubbles or perfecting strokes, we have classes suitable for you.

At CAC, we believe swimming is a life skill. Therefore, we approach each one of our swim lessons with great skill, care, enthusiasm, and individual attention. When learning to swim with us, every student / family gets the benefit of having instructors who have been trained on curriculum focused on water safety skills, swimming basics, and foundational stroke development for competitive swim teams. In addition to teaching water safety to every swimmer, our goal is to teach confidence in the water that will translate to all aspects of your swimmer’s life.

Our curriculum consists of five (5) stations and uses a progressive teaching approach that allows your swimmer to learn to swim comfortably at an individual pace while creating a learning environment that is not only fun, but also allows for maximum skill retention. Whether the goal is water safety skills or to swim at the competitive level, our program is designed to meet your goals. We are passionate about swimming and teaching your child!
