To wrap up their science unit on Force and Motion, CES 4th graders enjoyed a hands-on visit from Mr. Camden Wallace with Georgia Power! Students explored how simple machines, such as levers, pulleys, and inclined planes, make work easier in everyday life and learned how Georgia Power uses these tools to deliver electricity safely and efficiently.
Students had the opportunity to participate in demonstrations and ask great questions about how energy and engineering work together.
Thank you, Mr. Wallace and Georgia Power, for sparking curiosity and inspiring our future problem solvers and engineers! 🐝 #OurHeartOurFuture #CTAEdelivers
