Calhoun Athletics is proud to partner with AdventHealth Gordon to offer FREE sports physicals for all current Calhoun 5th–7th grade students.

A current physical must be on file to try out and participate in CMS athletics, so don’t miss this opportunity.

All required forms must be completed and submitted to the CES or CMS nurse by Friday, March 27. Participation requires completed paperwork and attendance at a pre-physical screening.

Forms Available:
-Pick up in the CES or CMS Nurse’s Office or print at home.
-Scan the QR code to access required forms at calhounschools.org/page/athletics

Important Dates:
➡ Pre-Physical Screenings: March 30 (CMS) & April 2 (CES)
➡ Physicals: April 3 @ CES (7th grade students will be transported from CMS to CES around 9:00 A.M.)

CHS physicals will be offered at a later date by our partners at Hamilton Health. More details coming soon.

All CCS events and activities are canceled due to winter weather from 6:00 p.m. Friday through Saturday.

Calhoun City Schools is proud to celebrate our students who competed today in the 2026 Northwest Georgia Regional Technology Competition at Georgia Highlands College in Rome.

Thank you to Vargo Orthodontics for their recent $100 donation to CES! Through their Partners in Education program, Dr. Vargo donates $50 for each new patient, allowing students to give back by selecting a teacher or school program of their choice.
