Congratulations to the CES Odyssey of the Mind team for winning Region today! 🥇🐝
The team swept the competition, earning 1st place in their problem, creativity, and spontaneous categories.

In Mrs. Gomez’s AP Biology class, CHS students recently completed a bacterial transformation lab, working with E. coli and a plasmid containing a gene for antibiotic resistance. A hands-on look at genetic engineering in action! 🔬🐝

Calhoun Athletics is proud to partner with AdventHealth Gordon to offer FREE sports physicals for all current Calhoun 5th–7th grade students.
A current physical must be on file to try out and participate in CMS athletics, so don’t miss this opportunity.
All required forms must be completed and submitted to the CES or CMS nurse by Friday, March 27. Participation requires completed paperwork and attendance at a pre-physical screening.
Forms Available:
-Pick up in the CES or CMS Nurse’s Office or print at home.
-Scan the QR code to access required forms at calhounschools.org/page/athletics
